An Enormous Earthquake Could Occur Soon in the US An Enormous Earthquake Could Occur Soon in the US photobucket.com Many people are having dreams and visions of the rapture which would include bombs and an earthquake. But how probable is it that these two events could take place in the immediate to near future? Is it likely that the US will be hit by a bomb which could bring about WW3, the tribulation period and the rapture? Is there a way to predict that these things could indeed happen? The answer is yes. And in order to predict the future, one only needs to go back to the past. But before we do that, let’s take into consideration that North Korea is ready to launch a bomb, which many people believe is a nuclear bomb. So one piece of this puzzle is already being put into place. So we know that most likely a bomb will be launched somewhere. But where and how does the earthquake come in? The answer to this is simple. First we have to take into consideration the fact that North Korea has two missing subs, and these subs could very likely be headed toward the US. The subs are most likely armed with bombs, and they very well could be nuclear. And it is likely that they could be stationed off the coast somewhere, aiming toward a coastal city, in wait for a command. Now let’s think back to the terrible earthquake that hit Haiti, several years back. It was one of the most devastating earthquakes in all of history. An important factor that came out of this, and which was very easy to overlook, was that after the earthquake happened, Russian subs were spotted off the coast of Haiti. This is very important in regards to the events that are about to unfold today. Because the Russian subs could have launched a missile under water into the coast of Haiti, which may in fact have created the earthquake there. And of coarse if the missile was nuclear, it would have created a much larger, more devastating quake. So the missing North Korean subs could very well shoot missile under water into the ground of a coastal city, setting off a large earthquake of unimaginable proportions. Places like New York or Alabama could get hit, or any coastal city for that matter. But I would keep a particular eye on California because of the natural fault line that exists there. Blasting this coast line would create a far more devastating effect as it is already fragile. Creating an earthquake this way, would likely let them go on without being detected. A sneak attack that would be “as in the days of Noah” that was predicted in the Bible. And this could be used as the beginning or the start of something bigger. Additional attacks of a nuclear nature would have the capability of bringing a country to its knees. So it’s important to get ready for what ever lies ahead. Get extra food and water. Possibly get out of the coastal city if you live in one. But most of all, get your heart ready for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is coming soon, before any of these things happen, to rescue his bride. Get your heart ready for Jesus today, so he will save you from that which is about to come upon the face of the earth. May the Lord bless you and keep you in these last days.

Most marching units wear matching military-style uniforms, and they work hard to raise the money to purchase enough new ones to outfit their bands for the Tournament of Roses Parade. Some wear clothing that reflects their home state or country. But for pure visual impact, it would be hard to surpass the brilliant, iridescent colors of the traditional Korean outfits worn by PAVA World Korean Traditional Marching Band and ancillary units at the 2013 Rose Parade.

Adding to the delight for the eye and ear were dancers in official royal uniforms, flag bearers, and traditional Korean trumpets and drums. Instrumentalists in the Los Angeles-based Samul nori band, which has been in existence for 10 years, wore traditional soldiers’ uniforms and played taepyongso (trumpet), nabal (trombone), kwanggari (small cymbal), bara (cymbal), buk and janggu (drums). The band won “Highlight of the Parade” in the 2011 Hollywood Christmas Parade, but has generally participate only in the Korean festival and other Korean community events.

The PAVA entry was made up of 200 members of all ages, with 17 leaders, 32 drum majors, 35 brass, 12 flag bearers, 24 percussion, 26 dancers, 24 woodwinds, 10 banner carriers, two color guard and eight parade assistants. Gangnam Style mom at 60 dances flawlessly alongside son

A Gangnam Style mom video has gone viral on YouTube. The clip shows Mike Song and his mom dancing to a K-pop single by South Korean rapper PSY. While it’s hilarious, what’s more catching about the video is how his 60-year-old mom dances flawlessly to the beat.

Huffington Post ran the story Friday about the mother and son pair that has taken the Internet by storm with their choreographed moves.

Watch the YouTube K-pop viral video now.

Gangnam Style is described as “a Korean language colloquialism that refers to a luxurious lifestyle associated with the Gangnam district, an affluent and trendy area of Seoul. The music video depicts PSY dancing at various locations in Gangnam. The song is about ‘the perfect girlfriend who knows when to be refined and when to get wild.'”

Mike’s mom nails the Gangnam Style moves with raw precision and shows that even a 60-year-old can cut a rug with the best of them.

K-pop is short for Korean pop music and has been popularized by PSY’s comical lyrics and mashup of musical genres. But perhaps his whacky dance moves are behind the sudden viral craze about Korean music, the dance scene, teen idols and culture.

Song and his mother take to the living room of their South Korean home and dance in such a fashion, you’ll likely agree that it looks professionally done. It’s great that a mother and son can do something together despite the generation gap.

The Gangnam Style mom video in K-pop style, as of this writing, has over three million views. Bear in mind that Mike uploaded it to YouTube three days ago.

The first Rose Parade float entered by the Department of Defense, “Freedom Is not Free,” paid tribute to Korean War veterans on the 60th anniversary of the conflict, 1950-1953. Inspired by the Korean War monument in Washington, D.C., the float won the National Trophy for “Best Depiction of Life In U.S.A. – Past, Present Or Future.”

Phoenix Decorating Company tool on the challenge of bringing the monument to Pasadena through the use of floral materials, recreating six of the 19 statues from the monument. The 7-foot high stainless steel statues of the monument were translated into sculptures ranging in height from 12 feet to 21 feet for proper scale and perspective. The soldiers were clad in various dry materials, including leaves and seeds, to create their drab rain ponchos and gear as they trudged along on a hill of fir and white roses.

For more about the lengths Phoenix took to ensure that the statues were accurately depicted and interviews with vets, read “DOD commemorates 60th anniversary of Korean War with 2013 Rose Parade float” in this column.

The B-2 Spirit bomber, which usually flies over the parade route just before the first float, soared over the parade just after the float launched a volley of fireworks in front of the television cameras. The two-pilot crew flew the aircraft from Whiteman AFB in Missouri as part of a training mission. After a pass over the Rose Bowl Game, the flight plan was to continue to Oregon and refuel over the Pacific on the return trip.

Two of the figures were transferred recently to the Northern California Veterans Museum and Heritage Center in Redding. Kelli Saam of KRCRTV reported that the float was constructed by Whitney-Stone, Inc. in Willows, a town about an hour’s drive south of Redding. Robert Stone, President/CEO of Whitney-Stone, notified museum curator Robert Burroughs that part of the float was available and Burroughs drove to Pasadena to pick up the figures. (A great overhead shot of the B-2 Spirit flying over the float is posted at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Whitney-Stone-Inc/173860576071326.)

The Department of Defense 60th Anniversary of the Korean War Commemoration Committee was authorized by Congress to fund the float and commemoration and educational activities throughout 2013. The 2011 Defense Authorization Bill was dedicated to thanking and honoring Korean War veterans and their families and friends.

Col. David Clark, director of the commemoration committee, said, “Korean War veterans are keenly aware they returned to little or no recognition coming home. This premier event, with its rich 124-year history, will raise the visibility of Korean War veterans.”

The theme of the 124th Rose Parade and 99th Rose Bowl Game was Oh, the Places You’ll Go!” The 125th Rose Parade and 100th Rose Bowl Game will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014. The Tournament of Roses is a celebration that lasts several weeks in the fall and winter.
